At TwiLeadConnector, our aim is to provide you with efficient and cost-effective communication solutions. Our SMS charges are designed to be transparent and reflect the wholesale prices of the operators we work with. We believe in simplicity and in giving you the best possible rates.
How does it work?
All text messages, calls and emails are charged according to the operator’s pricing model. Twilead acts as an intermediary, enabling you to benefit from competitive rates. You can view your transaction history and associated costs at any time from your account by following the steps below: Billing” section of your account > “View transactions” > Access a detailed analysis of all your transactions.
You’ll find information on the cost of each SMS, email, call or other “consumable” integrated into Twilead. Each time you use one of these, it will automatically show you the amount of “credits” deducted from your balance (see pricing below).
Pricing*
The only charges you need to worry about apart from our monthly subscription are the “consumables” (emails, SMS, calls, AI usage, WhatsApp subscription) which are billed to you in addition to your subscription on a credit basis.
For information: $10 is equivalent to 10,000 emails. Call and SMS rates depend on your location – see Twilio.

PS: To get started with SMS and calls, you’ll need to get phone number(s) first (if you’re in the US or in Canada you can do so from your account Settings, otherwise our team may need 5-7 days to deliver them within your account).
